Whitelands Estate - target for next surgery
Driffield Councillors, Fraser, Temple and Owen will be on the streets of the Whitelands Estate this Thursday, 25th April. All residents of Whitelands, Copse Mead, Autumn View, Spring Close and Winterlands have received a leaflet advertising this Street Surgery, which will start at 5.30pm.
Our previous Street Surgery on Washington Street threw up various problems of skateboarders using street furniture (- i.e. low railings, which will be removed shortly!), guano and debris from the Crows in the tall trees (which should be swept up, shortly!) and problems of access to a newly installed shower. Other residents also showed concern over the lack of a footpath down the Street itself - a route used by school children.
We hope to have a "surgery page" on this website soon - giving FAQs of what to do as regards various common problems - as they say ...."Watch this space..."!
