Water Way to Keep Fit!
Driffield Sports Centre is re-launching aqua-fit classes from Monday, May
8th. Aqua-fit gives an all-round body workout while avoiding undue stress on
joints and sinews. The classes are a great form of social exercise, making the workout even more enjoyable.
From May 8, they will run every Monday from 4pm to 4.30pm, every Wednesday,
from 12.30pm to 1pm, every Thursday, from 8pm to 8.45pm, and every Friday,
from 12.30pm to 1pm.
As with all group fitness classes, aqua-fit is included with a Premier Sure
card, which gives unlimited use of exercise classes, fitness suites, health
suites or swimming pools.
A Premier Sure card costs £33 per month by direct debit or £363 for 12
months. For more information on aqua-fit and the full range of group
fitness classes in the programme, call Driffield Sports Centre on (01377)
257480 or visit the centre in Manorfield Road, Driffield.
Sure card comes with a range of benefits at a range of costs. Call the
sports centre for more information.
